The prebuy subscription manager is a proposed LGS workflow for recurring comic pulls, MTG sealed product reservations, and Secret Lair commitments: import release lists from distributor files or POS exports, open prebuys as soon as new sets are released for order, reserve 2027 and 2028 set slots, track customer holds for up to three months, then batch charge and ship when the release or hold window lands.
